Every member / volunteer is to use this form to submit their pay / stipend period time sheet. Even if you don't work during the current pay / stipend period you must submit a form showing ZERO hours worked.

All volunteers and members of Pinal Rural Fire & Rescue District are to submit their shift availability for the following month by the 15th of the current month. EX: Submit your availability for July NO LATER THAN June 15th. Availability is to be submitted on a monthly basis.
